India Enforces Censorship Through A National Firewall | Suman Shantanu

In a series of attempts by the Indian Government to cleanse the culture, the administrators have banned the use of English. The effects of this censorship are seen in the Hindi Film Industry. Filmmakers have started to replace English movie names to Hindi, in order to appease the administrators. This visual shows how this censorship regulation can lead to minimal differentiation between identification of movies; the titles of controversial and political movies have started to look very similar to low budget titles.
