We often associate the army with war, and knowing how ludicrous the idea of ‘war for peace’ is, I kept my distance from learning more about the army. i fondly remember wanting to be a soldier as a kid, and taking up this topic reminded me of what the army meant to me then, and now I’ve come to believe that the Indian army is an excellent exposition of duty and morality.
