The Revolt Of 1857 Is Successful | Chetan Patil & Pooja

With great courage and strength, many princely states declared war under the British rule and ultimately were successful in The Revolt of 1857. But, the success was short-lived. The fabrication of the ruling nationwide, different kings for different states, led to battles amongst themselves for power and to extend their territories. These conflicts led to the suffering of people once again. The visual depicts an irony through a playing card; a reflection of the two sides. There exist great similarities and contrast despite the successful revolt.
